Freedom of movement is maximised in the Stretch Field Jacket through a two-piece sleeve design, which has an exaggerated curve through the elbow, allowing the sleeve to follow the natural curve of your arm. For unrestricted movement when your arms are lifted, the bottom of the armhole is positioned lower on the body, while the sleeve length finishes approximately 4cm below the wrist.
Our innovative super-load pocket system uses a re-enforced wire along the pocket mouth edges to ensure it stays open while shooting. Fast and unrestricted access to the super-load pocket is aided further by the angled pocket top and by the positioning of a handwarmer pocket below the main pocket flap. This flap can be secured inside the handwarmer pocket while the super-load pocket is in use. Water-repellent pocket lining and eyelets in the base of the pocket allow rainwater to drain away efficiently, while concealed snaps at the top of the pocket keep the pocket flat and in place when not being used.
Featuring a two-layer fabric construction which is fully seam taped, the shell fabric features a Durable Water Repellent finish, making the jacket windproof, waterproof and breathable during heavy rain and snow. The upper body lining is a mesh to aid breathability and the lower lining is taffeta, with the lower lining featuring the same Durable Water Repellent finish as the outer shell. Taking inspiration from our iconic Chasseur boots, the insulated field jacket features a Riri zip with a nylon coating, which prevents rusting and ensures the zip is quiet when you are on the move. An internal double-layer phone pocket allows you easy access to your phone while keeping it dry at all times.
